This site is maintained by Health Canada. It contains information on eating properly based on the nutritional contents of foods. The basics of dietary needs are discussed. The National Institute of Nutrition is an independent institute at the interface of nutrition science. NIN is recognized for its commitment to ongoing collaborative consumer research.
