This site provides the basic biology of tuberculosis, Canadians’ role in the history of the disease, information on drug treatment and prescription information, and links to international groups dedicated to studying the disease. However, what makes this page unique is its voluminous (251-page) PDF document “Canadian Tuberculosis Standards” which is an annually updated book on various aspects of tuberculosis (Adobe Acrobat Reader required to view document). For specific information about tuberculosis, from the basics through to detailed, this site is a necessary stop.
